Jay Bruce ready to rebound…or no?

As most Reds fans know, if you want to get Jay Bruce out throw breaking pitches below his hands. But he can hit the fastball a long way. Problem is, that changed last season. Beyond the Box Score has a nice piece out examining Jay’s struggles last year. Obviously, Jay’s knee injury led to a lot of his struggles last season. However, the article points out that some of his peripherals have already been slipping. With the Votto contract starting to look like an albatross for the Reds, a miss on Bruce could be tough to overcome.
